Who are we looking for?
Positive, can do, roll your sleeves up attitude - sure we want the skills too, but we can always help you develop those

Skilled Fabricators to turn shop drawings into precise, high-quality pipe assemblies. If you can fabricate it, we want to see it. Ideally you will be experienced in carbon steel and/or stainless steel pipe but if you aren’t we can train you

Attention to detail — you’ll read and interpret drawings, fabricate to exact specifications, and maintain top-quality standards in a right-first-time environment

Continual improvement – no-ones perfect but we really want to talk to those who are willing to continually learn and improve. We are looking for results-driven people who take ownership and thrive in fast-moving environments.

What does the role look like?

You’ll try, you’ll fail, you’ll learn in order to succeed sooner. That’s how we maintain our continuous learning environment.
Make use of all the tools, training and support we provide, to experiment and grow.
Turn drawings into real pipework magic - carbon or stainless steel.
Efficient welding —while keeping quality top-notch.
You’ll team up with Quality Control to overcome challenges and keep everything running smoothly.
Learn it all - cross-train across welding activities and support in covering the team when needed.
Measure, cut, grind, and prep like a precision pro while keeping your tools and workspace sharp.
Spot problems early, fix them, and thrive with the team to hit deadlines.
Work smart, take pride, and continue setting the standard for everyone around you.
You’ll operate MIG, TIG, and/or stainless steel welding equipment producing accurate welds on carbon and stainless steel across various diameters.
