About the Role

BCFD Fire Marshal Safety and Compliance Services is looking for a Fire Safety Compliance Administrator to support fire safety documentation, compliance activities, scheduling, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will help ensure that fire safety records, inspections, reports, and compliance requirements are properly maintained and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate fire safety and compliance records.
Assist with scheduling fire safety inspections and assessments.
Coordinate appointments with clients, fire safety personnel, and contractors.
Prepare and organize compliance documents, reports, and certificates.
Monitor inspection dates, certification deadlines, and follow-up actions.
Assist with tracking fire safety equipment inspections and maintenance.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Follow up on outstanding compliance requirements and documentation.
Assist with preparing reports and compliance summaries.
Communicate with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the fire safety and compliance team.
Ensure records are handled accurately and confidentially.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in administration, compliance, customer service, or office support.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow established procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital administrative systems.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and service providers.
Previous experience in fire safety, health and safety, property, or compliance is an advantage.

Pay: £2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
