Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily bar activities, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a flair for creating memorable moments, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality control in line with our brand standards.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and control costs.
Develop innovative drink menus, incorporating current trends and guest preferences to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper handling of drink production and serving procedures.
Train staff on customer service excellence, responsible alcohol service, and kitchen safety protocols.
Foster a lively, welcoming environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally in bar management or culinary roles.
Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and lead by example.
Knowledge of hospitality best practices.
Previous hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills combined with leadership qualities that inspire confidence in your team.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
