Full job description

About the Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to grow our consumer brands by increasing website traffic and driving online sales.

You'll be responsible for delivering digital marketing activity across multiple B2C brands, including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, website management and content creation. You'll manage the day-to-day upkeep of our e-commerce websites while working closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist to implement website improvements that enhance the customer journey and increase conversions.

You'll also collaborate with the rest of our in-house marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions and support the continued growth of our B2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns that drive website traffic and online sales.
Manage SEO across multiple B2C websites, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content improvements.
Create, manage and optimise PPC and paid social advertising campaigns.
Manage the day-to-day upkeep of company websites, including product listings, promotions, blogs and landing pages.
Identify opportunities to improve website performance and work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to implement enhancements.
Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to produce engaging, commercially focused marketing campaigns.
Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools, continually optimising activity to maximise ROI.
Produce regular reports on website traffic, online sales and campaign performance.

Skills & Experience

2+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or a similar role.
Experience managing SEO, PPC and paid social campaigns.
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads.
Experience managing websites using WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
A commercial mindset with a passion for driving measurable results.

Growth in online sales.
Improved website conversion rates.
Growth in organic search visibility.
Return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Delivery of marketing campaigns on time.
