We are looking for a highly capable and strategic Head of Marketing Operations to join the Agent Rainmaker Media Team. If you want to be recognised for what you do, grow your skills, and have the support to become a true expert in your field, then we want to talk to you…

This Isn't A Typical Marketing Job:

We’re not looking for someone to post on social media.

We’re not looking for someone to design graphics.

We’re looking for someone who can build one of the highest-performing marketing operations teams in the UK coaching sector.

You’ll inherit an experienced team of specialists across creative, AI, systems, automation, content and digital operations, alongside trusted external partners in paid media, graphic design and PR.

Your job isn’t to replace them.

It’s to help them perform at an even higher level.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll lead the Marketing Operations department and become a key member of our leadership team.

You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into execution by ensuring campaigns, launches and projects are delivered brilliantly across multiple brands.

You’ll lead a team of talented specialists, improve systems, introduce greater accountability and ensure marketing consistently delivers commercial results through tracking and monitoring of reporting KPI's.

You'll Be Responsible For:

- Leading and developing the Marketing Operations team.

- Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and launches.

- Monitoring KPI's & holding relevant department accountable.

- Managing projects, priorities and resources.

- Improving marketing systems, reporting and processes.

- Managing external agencies and suppliers.

- Working closely with Sales, Events, Operations and Finance.

- Using AI and automation to continually improve efficiency.

- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Has successfully led a multi-disciplinary marketing team.

- Has managed multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, including the monitoring of KPI's

- Understands the customer journey from lead generation through to sales conversion.

- Is commercially minded and confident using marketing data to make decisions.

- Can manage experienced specialists and hold people accountable.

- Remains calm under pressure.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious business.

- Enjoys improving systems and developing people.

Experience within B2B, education, coaching or events would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

This Probably Isn't For You If...

- You’ve only ever managed your own marketing workload.

- You prefer creating content rather than leading people.

- You avoid difficult conversations.

- You need constant direction.

- You like maintaining the status quo rather than improving it.

- You want to own the company’s marketing strategy from day one.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary and Benefits:

- £50,000–£60,000 basic salary.

- Performance bonus (OTE £70,000–£80,000).

- 32 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
