Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will ensure that our spaces remain pristine and inviting for everyone. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive atmosphere while developing valuable skills in commercial cleaning and janitorial services.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies efficiently and safely to maintain a spotless environment
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used for accountability

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is a plus
