Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive strategic initiatives forward. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating complex requirements into actionable plans. Your energetic approach will help shape innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support decision-making, and deliver measurable results across the organization. Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements clearly and comprehensively.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to guide project development.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.
Assist in change management activities by preparing training materials and supporting user adoption efforts.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports to communicate insights and recommendations.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as process modeling software or requirement management platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry best practices in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with a proactive, energetic attitude toward problem-solving.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is preferred; relevant work experience is highly valued.
