Full Time Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse required for a popular Buckingham practice

Location: The Gallery Dental and Implant Centre, Buckingham
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse to join our well-established, state-of-the-art Dental and Implant Centre in Buckingham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and friendly team committed to delivering outstanding patient care in a brand-new and purpose-built environment. Whether you are a qualified Dental Nurse or interested in obtaining a dental nursing qualification, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:

Provide high-quality chairside assistance across a range of dental treatments (including dental implants, root canal treatments, and orthodontics)
Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring every patient has a positive experience.
Prepare and maintain clinical surgeries to the highest standards.
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with all cross-infection and decontamination protocols.
Support clinicians in providing excellent clinical care.
Assist with reception duties when required, including welcoming patients, answering telephone enquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, reliable and compassionate approach to patient care.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn, develop, and continually improve.
A good understanding of general dental procedures (preferred).
Previous dental nursing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
Experience using SOE/Exact software would be advantageous but is not essential.

Applicant Requirements

Qualified Dental Nurse with valid GDC registration (preferred), or
Willingness to work towards a Dental Nursing qualification
Ability to commute to Buckingham
Dental Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
