Full job description

We are currently looking for a driven and focused individual to join our operations team as a Service Administrator. You will be working closely with field-based engineering teams and suppliers to ensure maintenance and repair works are delivered in a timely manner, and customer expectations are met. Focus on process and attention to detail will be a key driver to success. This is a full time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting coordinators and management with administrative tasks
Book in customer assets
Liaise with sub-contractors
Raise and process quotation paperwork, delivery notes and shipping paperwork, ensuring company SLAs are met
Process purchase orders from customers, and raisin purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors
Keep our systems updated at all times with current updates and status’
General administration tasks needed to support the business

Person Specification

Excellent administrative skills
Excellent communicator, who is confident when dealing with people on the phone
Must be IT literate
