About the role

As our Lifestyle Assistant you will help host a variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them. You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.

Here’s some other important things you need to know:

You must be alert at all times to our residents’ physical and mental well being
You'll be part taking in activities with residents so you'll need to be energetic and willing to dance and sing
Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures
