Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and public relations within the hospitality industry. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting our brand growth.

Duties

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions, responding promptly to foster community engagement
Support the development of social media campaigns that promote our restaurant’s offerings and events
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas for digital outreach and brand visibility
Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements
Help maintain positive public relations by engaging with followers and managing online reputation
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to the hospitality sector

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing strategies
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and campaign success
Prior experience or coursework related to public relations is a plus
