Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and the practical administration required to support a busy business. You will take responsibility for our marketing activities across digital and traditional channels, helping to promote our brand, engage with customers and support the continued growth of the business.

If you're a strong writer with a flair for design, excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook and Instagram.
Create, schedule and monitor high quality engaging social media content.
Organise and maintain image and video libraries.
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
Create and promote events across social media and other marketing channels.
Produce newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
Update and maintain website content.
Write engaging and accurate content for digital and print marketing.
Design and coordinate print advertisements for a variety of publications.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Capture and create visual content for marketing purposes, where appropriate.
Provide occasional reception cover and greeting clients.
Assist with general administrative duties, including answering telephones as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience in a marketing and social media role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A flair for design and content creation.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
Confidence in updating website content.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Photography skills and the ability to create high-quality visual content would be advantageous.
A positive, flexible and professional attitude.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
A general knowledge or interest in antiques would be beneficial.
