Full job description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Reports to: General Manager

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4pm

Friday 7:30am – 3pm (39 hours per week)

Established for over 45 years and now one of the UK’s leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC Group Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team at HTA Group, part of the WEC Group based in Coventry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator, to work within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

Responsibilities

Processing customer sales orders
Collating information for Sales Engineers
Logging and monitoring incoming enquiries
Answering and filtering incoming calls
Liaising with customers to update on quotes and orders
Data collection and data input
Support purchasing with raising purchase orders
Liaising with team leaders, supervisors and managers to ensure correct data is input into the system
Filing, photocopying, scanning

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Previous experience within an administration support role
Fully competent in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel with knowledge of formulas
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
Ability to multi-task and with a high level of attention to detail
