Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse RGN to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a clinical setting, ensuring the well-being and safety of all patients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and to work within a supportive environment that values expertise and compassion. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in line with legal and organisational requirements.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and health management strategies.
Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Assist with clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments as required.

Skills

Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.
Competence in medication administration, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to support patients’ emotional well-being.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical demands whilst maintaining high standards of care.

This role is ideal for registered general nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care within a professional environment that encourages ongoing development and teamwork.

Pay: £24.00-£25.00 per hour
