Full job description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic food production team as a Food Production Operator! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality food products. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth operations on the production line, uphold strict food safety standards, and contribute to delivering delicious, safe products to our customers. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will make a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

Daily management mainly of our Arancini range

Preparing recipes and physical production

Preparing equipment and work areas

Helping to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Following food safety, Health & Safety and company procedures

Assisting with stock and ingredients

Checking and maintaining quality

Ensuring stock is ready for despatch and managing the delivery process.

Working closely with other members of the team and our founder.

What We’re Looking For

Able to follow instructions and procedures

Experience Previous kitchen, food production or similar experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Experience

Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot simple equipment issues effectively
Strong understanding of basic math for measurements, portioning, and record keeping
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm
