Full job description

Painter & Decorator

DSP Construction Services Ltd are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

We carry out commercial painting and decorating, tape and jointing, preparation works and internal finishing packages on projects across the UK.

Duties:

Painting and decorating to a high standard
Preparation works including filling, sanding and making good
Carrying out repairs and snagging works where required
Tape and jointing experience desirable
Working on commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Travelling to sites and occasional stays away when required

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s construction experience
Painting and decorating experience essential
Good preparation and making good skills
Ability to work to a high standard and take pride in your work
Good time management and ability to work efficiently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to contribute ideas for improvement
CSCS card preferred
Full UK driving licence preferred

£18.00 - £22.00 per hour depending on experience
