Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing a dynamic team of service staff. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold high standards of service, and maintain smooth restaurant flow. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure efficient restaurant operations
Lead by example in serving guests, managing reservations, and overseeing table assignments to optimize seating capacity and guest satisfaction
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on service standards, food safety practices, and hospitality protocols
Oversee food preparation and presentation in collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by adhering to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure all guests leave satisfied with their experience
Manage daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory checks, and reporting

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop a diverse team
Strong communication skills for effective guest interactions and staff coordination
Experience in serving guests efficiently while maintaining high hospitality standards
Knowledge of barista experience or bar service is a plus for supporting beverage operations
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with energy and positivity
