Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing front-desk duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote our brand. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various computer programmes, and have a friendly, professional demeanour. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative and marketing experience within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, respond to enquiries with proper phone etiquette, and direct calls accordingly.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organised records using SOE and Microsoft.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital platforms and social media channels.
Support the Practice of marketing campaigns, including scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming at all times.
Perform general clerical duties including typing documents, managing emails, and updating contact databases.
Support team members with organisational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific programmes used within the organisation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
