Automotive IT support is a niche that we have mastered, and provides professional and fast help to businesses across the world. We are well known for being hard workers, dedicated and the people that save the day.

Our small team of four needs to expand due to customer demand.

We want to hear from people who are used to dealing with customers, excellent at frontline IT support, can deal with complexities, is driven ( don't excuse the pun) and most importantly - is going to be a valuable member of the team that helps to develop the business to its next stage.

Please don't judge us on our website or social media, we have always been too busy from word of mouth recommendations, and never had a need to promote ourselves. But this will change, as we are promoting Garage Vitals in Las Vegas, Germany, Ireland and of course - England, Wales and Scotland.

Position Overview: Ensuring our clients have seamless and efficient access to our solutions and software. There will be many new software platforms to learn - training will be provided for these.

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. You will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in helping our clients succeed while contributing to the growth and success of Garage Vitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients to understand and resolve their technical issues, providing expert support to help them navigate and overcome challenges efficiently.
Providing remote technical support to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the clients' operations.
Implementing and managing automation solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Delivery of cloud-stored data to enhance accessibility and efficiency for clients.
Collaborating with the team to develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating support processes to identify areas for improvement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Participating in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical support, (automation and PowerShell good to have)
Strong understanding of remote support tools and techniques.
Experience in implementing automation tools and streamlining processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
High initiative and ability to create and shape a new role within the company.
