Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Real Estate Manager to oversee and optimise our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, experience with property management software, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and supporting leasing activities to ensure the smooth operation of our commercial properties. The successful applicant will play a key role in enhancing property value and tenant satisfaction through effective management and strategic upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard
Coordinate lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes
Utilise Yardi or similar property management software for data entry, reporting, and record keeping
Handle administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and maintaining accurate tenant records
Respond promptly to tenant enquiries via phone or email, maintaining professional phone etiquette
Assist with marketing vacant units and upselling additional services or space to existing tenants
Organise maintenance schedules and liaise with contractors for repairs or upgrades
Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for property improvements or portfolio expansion

Skills

Proven experience in office administration within the real estate sector or related fields
Proficiency in Yardi or comparable property management systems
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
Experience in upselling or cross-selling services to maximise revenue streams
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is desirable but not essential
