About You

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident managing multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and always maintain a friendly, professional approach.

You will also be a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine desire to contribute to the continued success of the business.

The Role

As a key member of the Monster Mix team, your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and in person.
Managing daily driver schedules and deliveries using our transport management software.
Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, drivers, and colleagues.
Handling customer and supplier enquiries efficiently and resolving issues where required.
Providing administrative support to the operations and sales teams.
Processing orders accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For

Previous office administration experience (essential).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
A reliable, dependable, and team-focused approach.

Hours & Pay

Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm £14.00 per hour

Alternate Every Third Saturday 7:30am – 12:00pm £21.00 per hour

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,545.00 per year

Work Location: In person
