About the Role
Griffiths Marshall is looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our four Directors. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and keeping a busy leadership team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Help manage and update tasks on Karbon, keeping the Directors' workload visible and on track
Diary and inbox management, flagging and reminding them of anything urgent so nothing gets missed
Book meetings and manage calendars, making sure diaries don't get overloaded
Create documents required for clients (letters, reports, proposals, and similar)
Assist each Director with planning their week, helping them prioritise and stay realistic about capacity
Help pass on and coordinate tasks with pod support members, so work is delegated appropriately
Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth information flow
Handling confidential information with discretion
Ad hoc administrative projects as needed

Experience and skills

Proven experience as an EA, PA, or senior administrator, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders
Experience with practice management software (e.g. Karbon) is a plus, or a willingness to learn it quickly
High level of discretion and professionalism
Confident using Microsoft Office / relevant scheduling and communication tools
Calm under pressure, with good judgement and initiative
A flexible, can-do attitude
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Multitasking and Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
