About Us - NetXL is a leading distributor of IT, networking, and communication hardware. We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier equipment and exceptional service to our clients. To keep our operations running flawlessly, our warehouse needs to be a well-oiled machine. That’s where you come in.

The Role - We are currently looking for a Warehouse Support team member to join our fast-paced operations team. You will be on the front lines of our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is accurate, orders are dispatched perfectly, and the warehouse remains a highly organised environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfilling customer orders with care and efficiency.
Goods In: Receiving, checking, and processing incoming shipments.
Stock Management: Conducting regular stock takes and shelf re-stocking.
Quality Control: Performing packaging audits to ensure our shipping standards are met.
Returns: Processing incoming returns promptly and accurately.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workspace tidy, organized, and safe.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Pitching in with various warehouse duties as needed to support the team.

Working Hours & Shift Patterns Our warehouse operates on the following schedule:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We operate on a dynamic rota. Over a standard 5-week period, you will be expected to work a rotation of all shift patterns (Earlies, Mids, and Lates), which will also include 3 weekend shifts. It's an average working week of 40 hours.

Please note: Complete flexibility to work across all these times and shift patterns is a strict requirement for this role. You must be able and willing to accommodate the full rotation.
