Job Overview

Embark on an exciting journey as a Trainee Office Assistant, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting daily office operations and administrative functions. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop essential skills, enhance your organizational abilities, and learn about office management in a dynamic environment. Your proactive attitude and eagerness to learn will be key as you assist with various clerical tasks and contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.

Duties

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document organization
Answer phones professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist with scheduling appointments for Customers on Annual Boiler servicing and repairs.
Track MOT and Servicing on Vehicles - Book in when required.
Support team members with basic computer tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Enter data accurately into systems such as QuickBooks or other relevant software
Maintaining Website with Case Studies
Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong typing skills for efficient document processing
Good phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
Familiarity with clerical procedures such as filing, scanning, and record keeping is advantageous
