Salary: Basic salary of £18,000 + OTE (Average earnings £60,000 - £80,000 based on conversion skill rate).

Locations: Great Amwell, Ware, Nationwide Consumer Shows

Role Details:

Your role will be split between attending consumer shows nationwide face to face selling at fast paced Live events as well as working and covering at our concession at Van Hague, Great Amwell, Ware with model demonstrations of Crown pavilions products, you will interact with the public upselling their premier services with the goal of obtaining design consultation leads. You will manage your own diary and attend your arranged design consultations, at this point you will provide greater insight into the range of products available and take measurements for fitting with the goal of closing the sale on the day. all further correspondence will be coordinated by yourself so organization is essential. As with the majority of sales jobs, the more that is put in the more will be achieved.

The role will involve travelling Nationwide, staying in hotels and working at Flower, County and Trade Shows. When not at shows you will be required to cover our show sites in Hertfordshire and Essex (on occasion) . Evening flexibility is required for site visits as we strive to make our service as convenient as possible for their valuable clients. Due to the rates of commission and potential earnings, we expect any salesperson that we would be considering to employ to understand this and the value of being as available as possible at the client/ prospects convenience.

Time managementOwn car and drivers license is essential. Additionally, you must have a laptop and phone.

Evening and weekend flexibility is needed to ensure all of our customers are provided with the best possible service and any sales opportunity it met. The ability to work weekends with days off during the week, owning your own car and being able to travel are all essential for this role. Direct sales experience / Customer service experience would be highly desirable along with CAD software.
