Lettings Property Manager – Northampton

Your Move Nolan Throw is an award-winning, independently owned estate agency with nine thriving offices across Buckingham, Northampton, Kettering & Oundle.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Property Manager to join our successful team.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of rental properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive a first-class service. Alongside property management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of rental properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance
Conduct regular property inspections and report back to landlords
Liaise with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure issues are resolved promptly
Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are adhered to (GSR, EICR, deposit protection etc.)
Maintain accurate records and property files in line with company procedures
Provide outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships with clients

Key Skills & Experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Confident and customer-focused, with a proactive approach
Previous property management or lettings experience preferred, but not essential
A good understanding of property compliance and legislation (desirable)
Full UK driving licence and own car required
