Operations Administrator

Join the UK’s Leading Property Trader

Location: Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon (Modern, Purpose-Built Office)

Salary: From £26,000 + £2,000 Incentive Programme.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday | 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (1-hour lunch break). Friday | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break). 37 hour week.

The Role: What you’ll be doing

Due to high business volumes, we are looking for a bright and reliable Operations Administrator to be the engine room of our property transactions. You will support the team across the entire lifecycle of a property—from initial valuation to final sale.

Your key impact areas:

Valuation Coordinator: You’ll be the main point of contact for managing the instruction and collation of estate agent property appraisals—ensuring we have the high-quality data we need to make fast, accurate buying decisions.
Property Detective: Use online tools and agency networks to gather property intel and background information.
The Bridge: Act as a friendly point of contact for clients and customers, keeping them updated on their progress.
Service Champion: Handle incoming customer service calls with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
Portfolio Support: Assist with the management and maintenance of properties within our inventory.
Team Support: Proactively manage your workload and show initiative to ensure our fast-paced operations run like clockwork.

What we are looking for

You don’t need to be a property expert—we’ll provide full training and ongoing mentoring. We are looking for "the right person" with the following traits:

Communication is King: Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
Attitude: You are bright, hardworking, enthusiastic, and show real initiative and work ethic.
Experience: Office administration or customer service experience is preferred, but we will consider other commercial backgrounds.
Growth Mindset: Previous experience in the property industry is beneficial but not essential—we value potential and a willingness to learn.
