Job Description:

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Hours: Monday to Thursday (4-Day Week) | 36 - 38 hours per week

Salary: £16.00 – £18.00 per hour (Guaranteed Basic) + £1.00/hr Team Leader Premium

Overtime: Paid at 1.5 x basic hourly rate

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence Required

The Role Love Colour Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable Professional Decorator to join our growing team, delivering premium domestic decorating projects across Newcastle and the North East.

You'll work on high-quality residential properties, taking pride in producing exceptional finishes while delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys their trade, works to an exceptionally high standard, and wants to be part of a professional, supportive team.

What You'll Need

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator to a highly professional standard.
Experience working in domestic properties (high-end domestic experience is highly desirable).
Excellent attention to detail and a strict standard of workmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and professional approach.
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
Good communication and customer service skills.
