Full job description

Due to continued growth, Cooper Adams is looking for an experienced Estate Agent / Negotiator to join our team in the BN16 area.

Cooper Adams is an independent estate agency with a different approach. Every property we market is legally prepared before launch, giving buyers access to key information from the outset, and we use Reservation Agreements to provide greater commitment once a sale is agreed. We believe this creates a better moving experience, helping more sales reach completion while providing a higher level of service for our clients.

We're looking for an experienced estate agent with high standards, excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

The role includes:

Meeting homeowners to provide property and marketing advice.
Advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies.
Preparing properties for launch across a range of marketing platforms.
Negotiating offers and achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
Keeping buyers and sellers informed throughout the transaction.
Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other parties to help transactions progress smoothly.
Creating engaging property marketing, including photography, video and social media content.
Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

Full training is provided on the role, together with ongoing professional development and training on industry legislation.

Benefits and salary include:

Competitive basic salary with an uncapped branch commission scheme, dependent on experience.
Fantastic working environment with a friendly, supportive, non-corporate team.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 2.00pm.
Additional annual leave awarded with length of service.
Regular company-funded team nights out and social events.
