We are looking for a friendly and attentive Guest Service Assistant - Reception to support our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay for every guest. Please note that knowledge of Rezlynx is essential, and this role is a live out position only

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest account updates as required
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
Support the front desk team during busy periods or staff shortages
Uphold hotel standards of hospitality, appearance, and service at all times
