Head Dental Nurse – Fully Private Award-Winning Dental Practice

Position: Head Dental Nurse
Experience: Experienced, GDC-Registered Dental Nurse

We are looking for an experienced, qualified and motivated Dental Nurse to join our friendly, professional team as Head Dental Nurse at our award-winning, fully private dental practice in Sutton Coldfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key leadership role within a high-performing, forward-thinking practice.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional clinical standards and outstanding patient care in a modern, progressive environment. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and can lead by example, supporting both the clinical team and the smooth day-to-day running of the surgery.

About the Role

As Head Dental Nurse, you will be a senior and valued member of the team, taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of nursing, cross-infection control, surgery preparation and patient care, while supporting and coordinating the wider nursing team.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced and confident in dental nursing
GDC registered and fully qualified
Organised, reliable and able to take responsibility
A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
Professional, approachable and confident when communicating with patients and colleagues
Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of patient care
Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to contribute to the continued development of the practice
Comfortable working in a private, high-quality clinical environment

Additional experience in areas such as digital/3D scanning, dental radiography, sedation nursing or advanced restorative/implant dentistry would be desirable but full training will be given if not.
