Dental Receptionist (Full-Time)Join One of the South Coast's Leading Private Dental Practices

Location: Waterlooville & Chichester
Salary: Dependent on experience

The Role

As the first smile our patients see, you will play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient journey from the very first contact.

You'll be responsible for:

Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
Managing a busy appointment diary efficiently.
Supporting patients face-to-face, over the telephone and via email.
Delivering a true concierge-style service.
Working closely with our clinical team to ensure every patient receives a seamless experience.
Processing payments and assisting with administrative duties.
Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has previous dental reception experience (preferred).
Has experience using Dentally or another dental practice management system such as SOE or R4.
Loves building relationships with patients.
Has exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Is positive, proactive and thrives in a busy environment.
Takes pride in delivering a genuine five-star patient experience.
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Has excellent attention to detail and can confidently multitask.
Wants a long-term career with opportunities to learn, develop and progress.
