ACCOUNT MANAGER – £30,000 BASIC + £150,000+ OTE

At Full Metal Finance, we help small and medium-sized businesses access fast, flexible, and competitive funding. This includes unsecured business loans and asset finance solutions such as hire purchase, finance lease, and refinance.

We support business owners with the capital they need to grow, stabilise cashflow, and invest in equipment, vehicles, and expansion opportunities.

Earnings & Progression

Basic salary: £30,000 per year
Realistic Year 1 OTE: £60,000–£100,000+ (uncapped commission)
Top performers currently earning £180,000+ per year
Clear, transparent commission structure (discussed at interview)

We have team members who have been with the business for 5+ years, remained consistent, followed the process, and now earn £180,000+ year after year. This is proven and demonstrated with real figures at interview stage.

The Role

This is a sales-led Account Manager position focused on managing and converting opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

You will:

Speak to business owners daily
Understand both cashflow and asset-backed funding requirements
Structure and present tailored funding solutions (loans and asset finance)
Manage deals from initial enquiry through to payout
Build and retain a portfolio of repeat clients and introducers

You will be given the tools, training, and support required to build a strong pipeline, convert opportunities, and grow your income year-on-year.

This is not a passive role — we are looking for individuals who are proactive, commercially minded, and capable of creating and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a range of products including:
Unsecured business loans (working capital, VAT, short-term funding)
Asset finance (hire purchase, finance lease, refinance)
Manage and develop your pipeline through:
Outbound activity
Warm enquiry follow-up
Referrals and introducers
Understand client needs and structure appropriate funding solutions
Liaise with lenders and manage deals through to completion
Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver a high-quality client experience
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
Stay up to date with lender criteria, products, and market conditions

Who We’re Looking For

This is a performance role with clear entry standards.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable sales experience
Proven B2B sales track record (consistent target achievement)
Experience ideally within one or more of the following sectors:
Financial services
Recruitment
Energy
Automotive / car sales
