Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment, delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables
Prepare and replenish bar stock, ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout shifts
Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments responsibly
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
Assist in setting up the bar area before opening and closing procedures at the end of shifts
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during peak hours

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing demands
A personable attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
