Junior Business Development Manager

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Performance Bonus (OTE £35,000 - £45,000+)

The Opportunity

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound engagement.

You'll spend much of your day speaking with business owners, directors, and decision-makers, identifying opportunities and creating qualified introductions for our senior Business Development team.

This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy and plays a vital role in our continued success.

You'll receive ongoing training, coaching, and development from experienced professionals, giving you the foundations to build a successful commercial career.

This is a demanding, high-performance environment where success comes from consistency, resilience, personal accountability, and a commitment to delivering results.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Conducting high volumes of outbound business development calls.

Building rapport with senior decision-makers.
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Gathering commercial information and uncovering client needs.
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system.
Working closely with senior Business Development Managers and appointment setters.
Consistently achieving activity and performance targets.
Developing your commercial awareness and understanding of client challenges.
Representing NHQ professionally in every interaction.
