We're a friendly, growing industrial roofing company based in Kent. Looking for a reliable, hardworking labourer to join our team.

No roofing experience is required. If you're willing to work hard, turn up on time and learn. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills in industrial and commercial roofing, with genuine opportunities to progress into a skilled roofer.

If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active and want a career rather than just another job, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing?

Assisting experienced roofers on industrial and commercial roofing projects.
Learning roofing systems and installation techniques on the job.
Carrying and preparing materials and equipment safely.
Keeping sites clean, organised, and safe.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Travelling to sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

What we're looking for?

No experience necessary, as we say full training provided.
Comfortable working from height
Full UK driving licence is essential
A great attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
Willing to travel and work away from home when required.
