YO! Sushi KioskPart-Time | Seasonal | Flexible Hours

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our YO! Sushi Kiosk on a part-time seasonal basis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing fresh food, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Kiosk Team Member, you’ll prepare and replenish fresh sushi products, ensure excellent food presentation, maintain high food safety standards, and keep the kiosk clean and well-stocked. Customer payments are handled by Tesco colleagues, allowing you to focus on producing high-quality products and maintaining the kiosk.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare fresh sushi products following YO! Sushi recipes and quality standards.
Replenish products throughout the day to ensure the kiosk remains fully stocked.
Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO procedures.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Keep the kiosk clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Assist with deliveries, stock checks, and inventory organisation.
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Previous experience in food preparation, hospitality, or retail is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
