Job description

We’re looking for a creative communications and campaigns specialist to deliver behaviour changing campaigns that reduce crime and make communities safer.

You’ll be a compelling storyteller who will work within our wider communications team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, as we engage with audiences through a variety of channels.

Our vision is to deliver an outstanding service that we can all be proud of, that protects vulnerable people, fights crime and ensures communities feel safe and listened to.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced, passionate and energetic communications, campaigns or marketing professional who can help deliver our force’s wider marketing and campaigns activity and make a real difference to the communities that we serve.

This role plays a key part in helping us to achieve this by devising and running creative campaigns to help improve public safety, and to support recruitment campaigns by attracting talented people to Nottinghamshire Police who will uphold the values and behaviours we expect.

You’ll be committed to ensuring we attract candidates from across all of our communities, and to ensure we are a vibrant force that reflects our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion.

This opportunity will allow you to bring creativity, flair and innovation to the role as you work with our campaigns and marketing manager and wider communications team to achieve positive outcomes.
