Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence. Duties

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Lead, motivate, and manage the bar staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels of beverages
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health regulations, and company policies
Provide training and mentorship to team members on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety procedures

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage preparation
Strong communication skills to effectively lead staff and engage with guests
