About Us

Fosse Meadows is a growing farm, food production and retail business supplying wholesale customers, retail customers, e-commerce and farmers' markets.

We're a hands-on business that depends on strong teamwork, clear communication and people who take ownership of their area.

We're looking for an Office Manager to become a key part in the Operations Team.

The Role

This is not a traditional office administration role as it is a key role in supporting the Operations part of the business.

The Office Manager sits at the centre of the business, helping coordinate customers, orders, administration, systems, logistics and market operations.

You'll work closely in a current team of five including :

General Manager, Warehouse Coordinator & Operation Assistant, IT & Systems Development

Together, the Operations Team is responsible for ensuring:

Customers receive excellent service
Orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Goods move efficiently through the business
Markets operate successfully
Systems and processes continue to improve

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Administration

Managing customer orders, answering customer enquiries, maintaining records and documentation, supporting HR and Health & Safety administration and helping ensure the office runs efficiently day-to-day.

Finance Administration

Managing invoicing, purchase orders, cashing up and supporting wider financial processes.

Systems & Reporting

Maintaining accurate information within Dimensions and other business systems, producing reports and KPI information, and working with Rob to improve processes and reporting.

Markets & Operations Support

Supporting the planning and organisation of markets, coordinating information between office, warehouse, dispatch and sales teams, and helping ensure markets are properly stocked, staffed and organised.

Team Coordination

Working closely with the Warehouse Coordinator, Operations Assistant and Drivers to ensure daily activities run smoothly and priorities are communicated clearly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Is highly organised and detail orientated
Can manage multiple priorities at once
Takes ownership and follows things through
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
Works well with people and as part of a team

Experience in office management, administration, logistics, customer service, operational support or coordination would be advantageous.

Experience of Dimensions, Xero, ERP systems or stock management software would also be beneficial.
