VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST - 27.5 hours per week.

This role is based at our Ashington branch.

They are not just receptionists; they are essential collaborators between customers and the clinical team. We understand that our team is what makes Arun Veterinary Group great. Whether your interest is in customer service, building new skills or something else entirely, we’re committed to nurturing your talents.

About you

You’ll be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background although not essential, you will have a high level of confidence and passion to work with customers and their beloved pets. A valid driving licence is required due to the nature of the role, and you must have sufficient computer skills.

Benefits

Your benefits will include training; standard pension benefit; 40% staff discount for own pets; enhanced parental leave (6 months paid at 90%); enhanced sickness benefit (2 weeks at 100%); generous holiday (7 weeks, including bank holidays) and occupational health resources, including mental health support.

Rota

27.5 hours per week. Alternating weekly shift pattern of 8am-1pm and 1pm-7pm.

Requirement for everyone to join the weekend and bank holiday rota.

This role is based at our Ashington branch. You may be required to help at our other sites if necessary.

Salary

£12.94 per hour.
