About The Role

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Post Offer Administrator to join our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Resourcing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering an exceptional candidate experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key.

As a Post Offer Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding journey for new colleagues joining our services. Acting as a key link between candidates, hiring managers and the wider Resourcing team, you'll ensure all pre-employment checks, documentation and compliance requirements are completed efficiently, helping new starters move seamlessly through the recruitment process.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing onboarding administration and ensuring all regulatory and pre-employment requirements are met. From DBS checks and references to right-to-work verification and occupational health clearances, your work will directly support the organisation's commitment to safe and compliant recruitment practices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering a professional service. You'll join a supportive team where your contribution will be valued and where you'll have the opportunity to further develop your HR and resourcing administration experience.

This is a hybrid role with an office day being Thursday, the other 4 days are working from home.

What you'll be doing

Providing a high-quality onboarding administration service to candidates and hiring managers.

Managing new starter administration, including creating and maintaining electronic employee records.

Coordinating and monitoring pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Processing DBS applications, reference requests, right-to-work checks and professional registration verification.

Supporting occupational health screening and ensuring all required clearances are obtained..

Ensuring employment contracts and onboarding documentation are completed within agreed timescales.

Maintaining accurate records across HR and recruitment systems.

Supporting hiring managers throughout the onboarding process and providing regular updates where required.

Delivering a positive candidate experience through professional written, telephone and face-to-face communication.

Providing general administrative support to the wider Resourcing and HR team.

Ensuring confidentiality and data protection requirements are upheld at all times.

What we’ll look for in you

Previous administration experience, ideally within a recruitment, resourcing or HR environment.

Experience working with databases, applicant tracking systems or HR systems.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships quickly.

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

A thorough understanding of confidentiality and the importance of handling sensitive information appropriately.

A proactive and professional approach with a strong customer service focus.
