Domiciliary Care Company - Office Administrator

We are a dedicated and growing care company committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in our community. We pride ourselves on professionalism, compassion, and delivering excellent service to both clients and staff.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years’ administrative experience, within the health or social care sector, and a strong understanding of office processes in a care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage general office administration and ensure efficient operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain accurate staff and service user records in line with compliance requirements
Support recruitment processes, including onboarding and documentation checks
Assist with rota coordination and staff scheduling and Care Assessments/supervisions in the community and weekend on-call.
Prepare reports, update databases, and maintain filing systems
Liaise with care staff, management, and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Any other tasks that may be allocated from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative role(essential)
Experience within a care or healthcare setting (preferred)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
