We're Ethica Diamonds, an independent jewellery brand specialising in lab-grown diamond engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke design. Based in Cornwall, we combine modern jewellery design with a personal, down-to-earth approach to helping customers find or create the right piece.

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Assistant, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will make a real difference in our customers' experiences! In this vibrant role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face that ensures every customer feels valued, understood, and satisfied. Your multitasking abilities and attention to detail will drive smooth interactions across various channels, creating a welcoming environment that encourages loyalty and positive engagement.

Duties

Welcome customers into the store and provide friendly, helpful face-to-face service
Assist customers with general questions and help direct them to the right member of the team when needed
Follow up with customers after their purchase to encourage feedback and reviews
Respond to customer reviews and engage with customers across review platforms
Contact customers by email, phone and messaging where required
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
Enter and organise customer, order and enquiry information across our systems
Update spreadsheets, CRM records and internal databases
Keep track of outstanding customer follow-ups
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
Maintain a friendly, professional and helpful tone in all customer communication

Requirements

Confident using a computer and comfortable learning new systems
Good basic knowledge of email, spreadsheets and online software
Accurate and organised when entering information
Comfortable communicating with customers
Friendly, approachable and professional
Good written English
Reliable and able to manage straightforward tasks independently
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
A positive attitude and genuine eagerness to get involved
Previous customer service or office experience
