Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and personable Telesales Canvasser to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls to promote our products and services, with a focus on building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and language skills. Experience in sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software will be highly advantageous. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales expertise within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
Identify and qualify potential sales leads through effective communication and questioning techniques
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information using Salesforce or other CRM software
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted canvassing strategies
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional manner during all interactions

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
Previous experience in CRM management and lead generation is desirable
A friendly, persuasive manner combined with resilience and persistence in reaching targets

Pay: £14,338.68-£39,912.16 per year
