About Us

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. About You

You’ll lead the kitchen team, ensuring culinary excellence, team development, and the highest standards of food quality and safety. From inspiring seasonal specials to coaching junior chefs, this role is perfect for a passionate and organised leader who thrives on creating incredible experiences.

Remuneration

£38,000 - £40,000 OTE per annum (inclusive of £2400 annual performance bonus) + Gratuities

Job Role

Responsible for the efficient management of the kitchen and our teams. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest culinary standards, quality & cleanliness. Following menu specifications and creating daily specials. Managing food gross profit margins and safeguarding wastage levels. Motivating, coaching, and developing the kitchen team so they can further progress their careers.

Initial training will be carried out at one of our Lincoln sites until the site is reopen.

Experience Required

Minimum 4 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
