Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Part Time Barstaff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the hospitality industry, providing exceptional service to our guests in a lively and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, possess a friendly demeanour, and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in accordance with established standards and recipes
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to licensing laws
Handle cash transactions accurately and balance tills at the end of shifts
Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages
Provide friendly and professional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to ensure compliance with health standards

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to the industry
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required
A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and customer safety
