Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front of House Assistant Manager to lead our hospitality team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth food and beverage service, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties

Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas, fostering teamwork and motivation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the venue
Manage reservations, greet guests warmly, and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of orders
Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed guest expectations

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations from previous culinary or restaurant roles
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive work environment
Familiarity with hospitality standards, serving techniques, and barista experience is a plus
