Full job description

Job Overview
A unique opportunity to join an established property based business with our office located within central Morpeth.

We are seeking a highly organized, friendly and dynamic, results-driven Business Progression Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses exceptional communication skills, enabling them to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and will have experience in either estate agency or conveyancing. This role requires a leader mindset and an ability to analyse and respond to client needs by delivering a routine and tailored solutions driving customer satisfaction while utilizing internal software for effective account management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their own requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Utilise internal platforms to track account activities, manage client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively, clearly and accurately on email and phone calls with all Stakeholders in property matters, agent, conveyancer and client.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.

Experience

Experience with Estate Agency or Conveyancing preferred.
Proficient in using CRM systems for managing client accounts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
High Organization skills
Proven experience in a sales or account management role, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
