Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Full Time Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality skills, a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within our establishment. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring efficient service while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
Take orders accurately and efficiently, managing multiple tables or bar stations as required
Ensure all drinks are presented attractively and served promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and comply with licensing laws
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality environment, particularly within a bar or restaurant setting, is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to beverage service is desirable
Proven ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Competence in basic maths for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers is advantageous
